In a romantic winter landscape you hike along the Emme towards Schönisey. On the way, you can make a detour to the sculpture trail.
In the log cabin in Schönisey you can fortify yourself and enjoy the view before you start the way back to the Kemmeriboden bath.
Duration: approx. 1 to 1.5 hours
The idyllic winter trail starts at Kemmeriboden in the direction of Schönisey. Between the Rothorn mountain range and the Schrattenfluh, it goes steadily slightly uphill to the Berggasthaus Salwideli. There you can choose whether to return on foot or continue via Rossweid, then by cable car to Sörenberg, or via Flühli. From there you return comfortably by post bus to Kemmeriboden-Bad.
Duration: approx. 4 hours
The trail leads from the Kemmeriboden baths via Gepsli to the Schwand farm, along the Emme and across snow-covered fields, continuing to Bödeli. From there through the forest to Bumbach. You decide whether to return by post bus or continue hiking to Schangnau.
You can walk the route with or without snowshoes.
